An investigation has been launched against Çaycuma Chief Public Prosecutor! Allegation that he had his ex-girlfriends detained

Zonguldak, Çaycuma are on the agenda with allegations regarding the arbitrary investigations of the Chief Public Prosecutor YC.
According to the allegations of the Chief Public Prosecutor, the lawyer detained 5 of his girlfriend’s ex-girlfriends.
Allegedly, YC launched an investigation against people, including lawyers and soldiers, on the grounds that they opened an Instagram account on his behalf and unlawfully obtained his personal data.
HIS STATEMENT WAS TAKEN, HE WAS RELEASED
Within the scope of the investigation, Zonguldak Bar Association Lawyer Ö.UK was detained in the summer house.
A search was carried out at Ö.UK’s summer house and house in Zonguldak, whose statement was taken. The lawyer was released less than 24 hours later.
Ö.UK said that he had nothing to do with the investigation file in which he was included, and that he believed that this situation would come to light as a result of the investigation and that he would decide not to prosecute.
NO CRIMINAL ELEMENT WAS FOUND
It was learned that the name of a staff member working in Lawyer E.Ö.’s office was also mentioned in the investigation. The staff member whose office computer was examined was also released.
Ö. emphasized that his name was not mentioned in the investigation and that the matter was related to his personnel.
Lawyer Ö said that no criminal elements were found in the phones and computers examined by the staff working with him and his other colleague who was detained, and pointed out that both men were released on the same day.
ALLEGATION OF ARBITRATORY INVESTIGATION
Sources speaking on the subject claimed that the Chief Public Prosecutor was conducting an ‘arbitrary investigation’ out of jealousy.
HSK STARTED AN INVESTIGATION
After the allegations came to the fore, authorities took action.
In line with the permission given by the Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç in his capacity as the Chairman of the Board of Judges and Prosecutors, an investigation was initiated by the HSK against the Çaycuma Chief Public Prosecutor.
“I CANNOT MAKE A STATEMENT ABOUT THIS”
Regarding the allegations against him, Çaycuma Chief Public Prosecutor YC said, “I cannot make a statement on this matter, our Provincial Chief Public Prosecutor is following the matter closely. “He can make a statement,” he said.
HE WAS ON LEAVE
Following the allegations, it was stated that Çaycuma Chief Public Prosecutor Y.C was on leave.
