Danrem 163/Wira Satya Agus Muchlis Latif Visits Karangasem District Military Command

AMLAPURA, BALIPOST.com – Danrem 163/Wira Satya, Brigadier General TNI Agus Muchlis Latif, SIP, MM, visited Kodim 1623/Karangasem, Tuesday (21/11). The visit was carried out to establish friendship and see the readiness of members to secure political celebrations for the upcoming 2024 General Election and Pilkada.

On the sidelines of the visit, Brigadier General TNI Agus made a very important visit to find out all the members and the existing conditions within Kodim 1623/Karangasem. He said, apart from carrying out friendship, his party also emphasized to all members regarding maintaining neutrality during the implementation of political celebrations that would take place, namely the General Election and Pilkada in 2024.

“We emphasize that all members maintain the neutrality of the upcoming General Election and Pilkada, so that the implementation runs safely, smoothly and peacefully,” he said.

According to him, as part of this preparation, his party also checked suggestions from Adan infrastructure, including the preparedness of personnel to carry out tasks that would be carried out at the political celebration later. “For security, we have prepared existing Kodim personnel in each Koramil. “Apart from that, we also have strengthening personnel who will be seconded to the Kodim to help secure the implementation of the regional elections,” he explained.

He further said that apart from that, his party was also anticipating the transition from summer to rainy season. As is known, Karangasem Regency is an area that is one of the districts that is prone to natural disasters.
