Father of Four Children Victim Killed in Jagakarsa, Domestic Violence Case Reported
Head of RT 04/03 Jagakarsa Subdistrict, Yakub when interviewed at the crime scene (TKP) where four children were found dead because they were suspected of being washed in their room by their own father in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, Wednesday (6/12/2023).
REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Panca Darmansyah (41 years), the father of four children with the initials VA (6), SA (4), AA (3), AK (1) was reported to the Jagakarsa Police for a case of domestic violence domestic violence against his wife with the initials D. However, Panca had not had time to attend the police summons because he was looking after his four children.
“When he was about to carry out the examination, Brother P said he was still waiting for his children because his mother was still in the hospital,” said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Police Commissioner Ade Ary Syam Indradi to media crew, Thursday (7/12/2023).
Ary continued, currently his wife’s condition is still being treated at the Pasar Minggu Regional General Hospital (RSUD), South Jakarta. It is suspected that D was hospitalized as a result of the violence committed by Panca and the police have also received the results of his post-mortem. However, Ady has not revealed the chronology of the domestic violence incident.
Meanwhile, Panca, who is also suspected of committing the murder of his four children, is still being treated in hospital because he is suspected of having attempted suicide. The Panca perpetrator was found injured in the bathroom.
As previously reported, four children were reported to have died in one room in a house in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta. The four children lost their lives as a result of being locked by Panca in the bathroom. Then the father of the four victims intended to end his own life.
“For his own parents, his parents are suspected of being the perpetrators who tried to commit suicide,” explained Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Bintoro.
