Referring to 27 tasks that are behind schedule, of which 11 tasks have been urged many times by the Government and the Government’s Project 06 Implementation Working Group, but these tasks are still progressing slowly, the Minister To Lam suggested shortening the central report, leaving more time for delegates to focus on analyzing and evaluating 3 main contents including:

Chairing the discussion, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Duy Ngoc assessed that the recent results have been very clear, but there are still 27 tasks behind schedule for 2023 and existing risks.

Referring to the implementation of the Government’s National Data Center Project, the Head of the Working Group implementing Project 06 of the Government requested that ministries and branches urgently send information to the National Database. Provide more information, clarify requirements and parameters of systems deployed at the National Data Center and send them to the Ministry of Public Security before November 25, 2023.

Minister To Lam also asked ministries and branches to focus on completing tasks in December 2023, serving the management and operation of data centers. Along with that, focus on applying population data, identification and electronic authentication to promote social security policies for beneficiaries during the 2024 Lunar New Year.

Minister To Lam requested members of the Working Group under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to urge 6 units including: Hai Duong, Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh, Hue, Da Nang, and Binh Duong to urgently collect and collect information. Update data on labor and employment on software associated with the Population Database; Urge units to complete the entry of meritorious person information on the national population database.

At the same time, review and clean up information for discrepancies when matching and authenticating with information in the national population database for poor, near-poor household data, social protection data, and children. have special circumstances… Develop programs and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to deploy solutions to synchronize labor sector data, to ensure the data is accurate and clean enough.

In addition, the Ministry of Public Security is completing a solution to create a social security account to serve non-cash payments on VNeID. Minister To Lam requested the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to research Research and implement payment solutions via VNeID during the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024. Vietnam Social Insurance promotes payment of pensions, Social Insurance regimes, unemployment benefits via personal accounts for beneficiaries during the Lunar New Year, guaranteed to be quick and effective.
