b. The treatment of additional voters is unprocedural which can lead to Re-Voting (PSU) or Advanced Voting (PSL).

c. Determining the validity of ballot papers must be consistent in accordance with applicable regulations and counting votes transparently.

d. The recording of the vote results in the Minutes must be careful and accurate.

e. Provide opportunities for witnesses, observers and the public to document with photos and videos the counting and recapitulation of votes.

3. Appeal to election participants in the DIY region to take part:

a. Ensure that the process of voting, counting and recapitulation of votes runs in accordance with applicable regulations, smoothly, fairly, and is transparent and accountable.

b. Ensure compliance by election organizers with the rules for voting, counting and recapitulation of votes.

4. Appeal to state officials in the DIY region to act neutrally and not take policies that could benefit or harm any of the election participants.

5. Appeal to all elements of society in the region to maintain conduciveness during the calm period by providing news, advertisements, track records, and self-image of participants that lead to campaign interests, whether through campaign props, campaign materials, socialization tools, print and electronic media.
