Based on immigration regulations, the person concerned has exceeded the deadline for his residence permit in Indonesian territory (overstay) which was given to him for approximately 2 years and 6 months. Based on this, the person concerned is subject to sanctions of deportation and deterrence as stated in Article 78 paragraph (3) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.

The person concerned is currently also included in the DPO based on the Chinese Embassy Letter in Jakarta number 1070-23 concerning the People’s Wanted List by the PRC Police regarding cyber crimes (economic crime). He was also subject to sanctions of deportation and detention for violating Article 75 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law Number 6 of 2011.

Then CW, a man who was born in Guandong, 27 March 1982, has a travel document (passport) with number EJ3277333 which is valid until 9 March 2030. The Visit Stay Permit is guaranteed by PT PBM​​​​​​​​ with document number 2A02IM2303-X which is valid until January 6, 2024.

The person concerned is currently also included in the DPO based on the Chinese Embassy Letter in Jakarta number 1070-23 concerning the People’s Wanted List by the PRC Police regarding cybercrime (economic crime), so he is also subject to sanctions of deportation and detention. He was also subject to sanctions of deportation and detention for violating Article 75 paragraph (1) and paragraph (3) of Law Number 6 of 2011.
