Referring to the issue of Iran’s claim to the Hirmand river, Mohammad Dehqan, while appearing on a TV program, said: We held meetings in this regard as soon as disputes arose, and the International Agreements Affairs Department of the Presidential Legal Assistant came to the field and consulted lawyers in this field. we took. We were fully prepared to file our case in brotherhood, according to the agreement we have with the Afghan brothers, and we announced this to the president as well.

He added: “However, it was decided that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Army should resolve the issue through negotiations, and we have not been contacted so far.” We are in the last part of the work and filing a lawsuit is the last step. Committees went and investigated, but we are also ready to file a lawsuit. The issue of Hirmand’s right has not yet reached a lawsuit, but naturally, our preference is to untie the knot by hand and there is no need to untie the knot with teeth. The vice president reminded: Dutch companies had provided Saddam with about 5,500 tons of chemical bomb making materials during the imposed war.

He also stated that the Legal Vice-Chancellor resolves disputes between government agencies and stated: This is based on Article 134 of the Constitution. So far, we have resolved 480 disputes between government agencies.
