For the third hour in a row, the competition tells the stories of teachers as a way of showing appreciation and the importance of this profession in the conditions of war in the country. The ceremony was broadcast on the telethon “Edynye Novosti”. During the awards ceremony, the stories of the winning Ukrainian teachers who, despite all the obstacles caused by the war, continue to teach Ukrainian children, change education and society, were highlighted on the screen.

Elementary school teacher at Ivano-Frankivsk Lyceum No. 7. She became one of the first to work with an inclusive class. The teacher is actively engaged in the development of new methods and implements them in the educational process. In addition, the teacher finds an individual approach to each student so that they feel comfortable and free. She sincerely believes that schoolchildren will do everything possible to make Ukraine the way modern children and adults see it.

“Now, like never before, we understand how important our work is, we see and feel the support of our society, authorities, parents. We do all this for the sake of children. We, teachers, do what will happen in the future. I sincerely believe that our students in in the future they will make our Ukraine the one we and they dream of. I am convinced that we are doing everything for this. We form values ​​that will become the torches of their lives, and then ours. We teach them to work together. We teach them to accept everyone around them with their own peculiarities and needs. We teach our children to clearly distinguish between good and evil. We teach you to make decisions and be responsible for the consequences. We teach you to dream and make your dreams come true.” said Pavlyuk.

By the way, the teacher also won in the “Vybor Ukrainians 2024” nomination. The teacher received a certificate for an educational trip to Finland. More than thirteen and a half thousand Ukrainians voted for Pavlyuk in the Diya application. This year, for the first time, citizens were able to vote online.

The teacher dreams of destroying stereotypes about the village school, which is what she has been doing all this time. Despite the fact that the educational institution is located near the zone of active hostilities, children receive high-quality and modern education using artificial intelligence and win various competitions.

Teacher of Zhmerinsky Lyceum No. 3, Vinnytsia region. Teaches physical culture in primary classes. Thanks to edutainment technology and gamification, children receive role-playing lessons, integration with other subjects, and virtual reality technologies. At the same time, schoolchildren have an imagination, what are toy parachutes, ethnic drums, water pistols and other non-standard equipment. Moreover, the teacher adapted the program to the conditions of martial law with a national-patriotic component and promotes the adaptation and socialization of IDP children.

The teacher gives the opportunity to students scattered around the world to study according to the Ukrainian curriculum and actively involves children in international initiatives, such as the program of school space experiments SSEP.

The teacher of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 3 teaches integrated courses of history and civic education. Children who are taught by the teacher get incredible results in competitions, creative works and contests. Informatics teacher at Lyceum of International Relations No. 51 in Kyiv. The teacher actively uses modern technologies in the lessons so that children know and understand how to develop digital products.
