According to information received from local sources, PKK/YPG terrorists opened fire on fishermen in the Asshara, Elbukemal and Elmeyadin districts on the west bank of the Euphrates River from the area they occupied in Deir ez-Zor yesterday.

As a result of the fire, one civilian died in Asshara and Elbukemal, and 5 people, including children, were injured.

The child named NEA lost his life as a result of the fire opened 10 days ago by PKK/YPG terrorists positioned at the school in Şinan village of Deir ez-Zor.

In the written statement made by the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR), it was stated that the terrorist organization massacred the NEA in Deir ez-Zor, violated international human rights law and the perpetrators of the violation should be held responsible.

– PKK/YPG OCCUPATION IN DEYRIZOR

The entire population of Deir ez-Zor, which the organization occupied under the name of “fighting against DAESH” with the support of the US army, consists of Arabs.

The terrorist organization forcibly recruits Arab children in the occupied regions.

The organization, which seizes the wells in the region and sells the oil it obtains to the Damascus administration through smugglers, despite US sanctions, uses the income it provides for its own activities and deprives the people of the region of local services and aid.

The Deir ez-Zor lands east of the Euphrates River are under the occupation of the US-backed terrorist organization PKK/YPG, while the city center and other rural areas are under the control of the Bashar Assad regime and Iranian-backed groups.
