Representative Abdel Moneim Imam: We will not accept the deal of the century or harm the capabilities of the Egyptian people

Representative Abdel Moneim Imam, head of the Justice Party and member of the House of Representatives, said that he was among the representatives who submitted briefing requests addressed to Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, on the government’s measures to prevent attempts to displace Palestinians.

He explained during a phone call on the “Al-Hayat Al-Youm” program, presented by the journalist Muhammad Mustafa Shardi, and broadcast on the “Al-Hayat” channel, on Tuesday evening, that he submitted the request to be briefed after the German Chancellor’s conference with President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, who presented at the time the issue of settling Palestinians in Sinai and what was going on behind the doors. He pointed out that the Egyptian position is clear regarding the Egyptian borders: it is an infringement on the land, and therefore there will be a decisive response to it if it happens. It also confirmed that there is no displacement of Palestinians in Sinai, and no liquidation of the Palestinian issue, noting that when the issue relates to Egyptian national security, there is no There is opposition and a majority. He continued: “It is not possible to accept bidding on Egypt’s role historically or at the present time, and he will not accept the deal of the century or any infringement on the capabilities of the Egyptian people or their borders, and it was clear to the inside, outside and the region.”
