Snow and up to 11 degrees of frost: forecasters gave a weather forecast for Wednesday, November 22

This week, winter weather will already visit most regions of Ukraine. On Wednesday, November 22, it will get even colder, precipitation in the form of sleet and rain is expected in almost the entire territory, meteorologists also warn of ice.

This was reported in the Ukrhydrometeorological center. According to forecasters, it will be cloudy in Ukraine on November 22.

The atmospheric front, which entered the territory of our country from the south-west, will bring precipitation mainly in the form of snow, in the south of the country – in the form of rain.

In the central and western regions, as well as in the Zaporozhye region, wet snow and ice may accumulate. In the west at night and in the morning it is foggy.

Also, in Ukraine, except for the southern regions, ice is expected on the roads, so drivers should take this into account.

Meteorologists warn about the 1st level of danger, in yellow.

Air currents will move in the north-eastern direction, the speed is moderate – 5-10 m/s.

At night and during the day in the northern part of the country, the temperature will be -1…-6 degrees below zero. In the eastern regions -3…-10 degrees below zero.

In the rest of the territory, from -3 frost to +3.

In the south of the country, it remains a little warmer – 0…+5 is expected at night, and +3…+10 during the day.

In Kyiv on November 22 it will be cloudy and a little snow. The wind will move in the northeast direction at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

-2…-4 frosts are expected in Kyiv at night and during the day. The temperature in the region during the day is from -1 to -6 degrees below zero.

Forecasters warn residents of the capital and the region about ice on the roads. Weather conditions can lead to the deterioration of traffic on certain sections of highways.
