Leader of People’s Party Imtiaz Sheikh says that the political activities of the caretaker law minister of Sindh are making the transparent conduct of general elections suspicious.

Leader of People’s Party Imtiaz Shaikh has said this in a letter written to the Chief Election Commissioner and Caretaker Chief Minister of Sindh while expressing concerns about the conduct of transparent elections.

In the post, he has said that the caretaker law minister of Sindh is using his official influence to change people’s political loyalties.

Imtiaz Shaikh says that the caretaker minister’s political loyalty is not hidden from anyone, he is using his official influence in administrative affairs in Shikarpur, Jacobabad.

The leader of the People’s Party says that they are threatening their political opponents with serious consequences through the police and district administration. Umar Soomro was a lawyer by profession and president of the PTI Lawyers Wing and is on the PTI ticket. He has also been a member of the Council.

In the letter, Imtiaz Shaikh wrote that Umar Soomro is regularly participating in political activities in Shikarpur and Jacobabad.

Requesting to take notice, he has written in the letter that the presence of Umar Soomro in the Sindh Cabinet is raising doubts about the impartiality of the caretaker government in Sindh, so the Chief Election Commissioner is requested to take immediate notice of the matter. Take and issue instructions to remove Umar Soomro from the post of minister in the Sindh government.
