The minister explained that new central laboratories have been established in Badr City, as an alternative to the old centers in the center of the country that have become greatly dilapidated, as well as the Dar Al Salam “Hermel” Hospital for treating oncology in Giza, next to the Umm Al-Masryeen Hospital, for which a billion pounds has been allocated for its development and the construction of a hospital. New, half a kilometer away.
He reviewed dozens of projects in the governorates that are being implemented, such as Matrouh General Hospital, Sidi Barani, El Dabaa, Ras El Hekma, and El Alamein, all of which are being developed.
For his part, Representative Hazem Omar, Undersecretary of the Planning and Budget Committee, commented, saying: “Assiut Governorate fell from the accounts of the Ministry of Health.”
