The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah begins receiving applications to obtain a license to serve pilgrims abroad

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has begun receiving applications from companies wishing to obtain a license to serve pilgrims “abroad,” and it will continue until 12/5/2023 AD, via the designated electronic platform: This is within the framework of the Ministry’s commitment to raising the level of services provided to the guests of God, and achieving effective competitiveness in this context.
The Undersecretary for Hajj Affairs, Ayed Al-Ghuwaynem, explained that this initiative aims to enhance competitiveness in providing distinguished services to pilgrims abroad, and expand the list of services provided to the guests of God, in addition to developing the services provided to them during the next Hajj season. Increasing the number of companies specialized in this field will also contribute to Achieving these goals and meeting the needs and aspirations of pilgrims coming from everywhere.
​Companies wishing to obtain a license to provide services to pilgrims abroad via the electronic platform, and these companies are required to submit their applications in accordance with the procedures and controls established by the Ministry to ensure the provision of high-quality services to the guests of God according to a quantitative and qualitative classification that includes the list of services required of companies that provide all aspects of comfort and safety. Pilgrims, such as accommodation, subsistence, transportation, and everything related to the special needs of pilgrims.​
​The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah calls on interested companies to submit their applications within the specified dates and adhere to the standards and controls published according to the terms and conditions booklet to ensure the provision of distinguished services that contribute to enriching the journey of the guests of God to the Holy Places, and making their journey of faith a distinct and unique experience.
