A section has appeared on the State Services portal dedicated to measures to support veterans of a special military operation (SVO) and family members of the deceased. Now information about all benefits is collected in one place. Implemented the project on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin by the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development.

“We do a lot to ensure that our heroes can quickly receive all the reliable information they are interested in, as well as contact us for help in a manner convenient for them. The modern digital system we are introducing will, among other things, allow us to collect feedback on the quality of the support measures provided, so that we can quickly respond to difficult situations,” noted Chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation Anna Tsivileva.

The “State Services” section—support measures for defenders of the Fatherland—contains information about assistance from the federal, regional and municipal levels, and answers to the most popular questions. Moreover, they can be assigned to the portal’s digital assistant, the robot Max. The chatbot built into it will be able to talk about all areas of the fund’s work and give instant answers to typical questions of veterans and their relatives.
