Endeavor celebrated its 25th anniversary

The most relevant actors in the Argentine entrepreneurial ecosystem, recognized worldwide for their capacity for innovation and talent, met yesterday at the “Faena Art Center” in the city of Buenos Aires. It was within the framework of the celebration of 25 years of Endeavor.
Throughout the day, the organization put on screen different stories that marked the scene during the last quarter of a century. The fact is that, for the entity, true growth occurs in community: the exchange of ideas and collective strength are the foundations on which solid and sustainable companies are built.
“During these 25 years, we have been witnesses and protagonists of how entrepreneurship and the values that define it have the power to transform realities and generate a profound impact on society,” he said. Maria Julia Bearziexecutive director of Endeavor Argentinaduring the presentation.
While, Guibert Englebiennepresident of Endeavor Argentina and co-founder of Globant, highlighted: “There are 25 years of passion, of vocation, of creating an incredible network. Despite all the difficulties we face, it never occurs to us to stop looking forward. Entrepreneurs are our reason for being, their courage, their innovation, their desire to push, inspire everyone.”
Endeavor was created 25 years ago, under the conviction that Entrepreneurship is an engine of transformation of humanity and the economy. “Since then, we have supported different generations of entrepreneurs in the country, accompanying them on their journey, promoting their projects and promoting a multiplier effect, in turn, on future generations,” Bearzi said in a statement. And he stated: “Entrepreneurship is not easy and it is a lonely activity, that is why we focus on building and strengthening the entrepreneurial community at a local and global level, and extending the entrepreneurial culture and mentality to all sectors of society.”
The organization provides support to thousands of entrepreneurs through mentoring, access to strategic networks, essential resources for the growth of companies and the strengthening of the sector. During 2022, the entity impacted more than 27,000 entrepreneurs through events, empowered more than 100 business founders from all over the country who are climbing and gave reins to the construction of a community of entrepreneurial women through training programs.
The event also included the participation of Linda Rottenbergfounder and CEO of the organization, who highlighted: “I want to thank the community because without the courage, talent and spirit of pay it forward (give back) from this community none of this would have happened.”
The list of representatives from the local and international scene who joined the celebration included Eduardo Elsztain; María Eugenia Estenssoro; Andy Freire; Pierpaolo Barbieri Carlos Miguens; John Parma; Ivan de Pineda; Pablo Saubidet; Facundo Gómez Minujin; and Nicolás Tejerina.
