Juarez City.- The Regional Plenary on Criminal and Labor Matters of the Judicial Branch of the Federation in the Central-Northern Region of the country, has just established a Jurisprudence that indicates that a request for protection is sufficient to order the suspension of compliance with a court order. of arrest for serious crimes.

These crimes include sexual ones; those committed against minors; feminicide; homicide; rape; kidnapping; organized crime; and others, and will apply in the states of Aguascalientes, Baja California, Baja California Sur, Mexico City, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Durango, State of Mexico, Guanajuato, Nayarit, Nuevo León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Sinaloa, Sonora, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala and Zacatecas, it was reported this Tuesday afternoon.

The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic rejected, in a forceful manner, established today in a statement, said resolution, since, it pointed out, it puts the victims of all these crimes in immediate danger; to the offended; and their witnesses, who will be at the highest risk, in their integrity and in their lives, without the protection that they must have due to their most basic Human Rights.

“The impunity and state of defenselessness that this decision will cause can last several months or many years, in each case, depending on the delay in the amparo trial, which has two instances and can even reach the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, as has constantly happened, in many cases,” he asserted.

Due to the above, the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, together with the National Conference of Justice Prosecution, which brings together the Prosecutor’s Offices and Attorney General’s Offices throughout the country, has formally requested the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation to issue a clear and defined pronouncement on constitutional supremacy that must prevail for the benefit of the victims and those offended, in compliance with the provisions of article 19 of the Constitution itself, which is priority and sovereign over any resolution of international courts, and that only It may be modified, if approved by the Legislative Branch of the Mexican Nation.
