Attorney Park Geon-ho of the Jeonghyang Law Firm announced on the 15th through the YouTube channel ‘Investment Failure Shelter’, “We have filed a complaint with the police against a person who became famous through Heart Signal on charges of fraud.” The series number and gender of the cast have not been revealed. According to Attorney Park, Mr. A kept putting off repayment, making excuses such as “The money will come soon,” “My family decided to deposit it,” and “I can give it because I just received a loan.”

In addition, Attorney Park disclosed a text message sent by Mr. A at approximately 3:16 am on the 1st. The text said, “Lawyer, I will go to the bank today and deposit the money. I received it in cash. “Sorry for being late,” it said. However, the money was not deposited. Eight days later, he requested confirmation of the deposit details, but Mr. A insisted that he had sent it correctly and then lost contact.

Attorney Park said that this case is a ‘borrowing fraud case’ and said, “Not all non-repayment is fraud, but I am confident that this person’s case is clearly (fraudulent).” Attorney Park added, “The criminal law stipulates that if a person is guilty of fraud, he or she will be punished by imprisonment for up to 10 years or by a fine of up to 20 million won.”
