Gina Campuzano seeks to reach the Senate for the ‘Strength and Heart for Mexico’ coalition

The candidate for the Senate of the Republic for Durango, Gina Campuzano, for the Fuerza y ​​Corazón por México coalition, which is made up of PRI, PAN and PRD, visited the facilities of El Siglo de Torreón to talk about her proposals and her campaign project .

On this occasion, the candidate was present on the Siglo TV program, Lado B, where she said that she is currently a licensed deputy, pointing out that her work has allowed her to stay in contact with citizens.

He highlighted that with the current Morena government, 69 funds that benefited the population were eliminated.

Mainly, she talked about the benefits that have been withdrawn for women such as Seguro Popular.

“They removed the Oportunidades, which was later called Prospera, and the Oportunidades was a scholarship for all your children, if you had 50 children it was a scholarship for each child, food aid for the mother, help to pay for electricity and gas, Your obligation was for your children to study.

He also spoke about the cuts that have been made to feeder roads, something that has affected the highway that connects Durango-Parral. “There has been no support.”

Regarding the Agua Saludable project he said: “we hope it comes to fruition because it would be a real help for this region of La Laguna”; However, he revealed that there are “problems” in being able to make the change in all hydraulic networks.

“Where water is wasted the most are in the hydraulic networks that are already collapsed,” he added.

Although he said that a budget was requested for this, they were not given it, because he points out that proposals are not allowed to be made to the budget.

He also spoke about the security conditions that currently exist in Mexico, highlighting the current situation in which several candidates have been murdered.

“There are areas in which what is happening is truly regrettable, the country is on fire. Durango and Coahuila are separate, thank God, but we do have serious circumstances in Zacatecas, in Sinaloa, in Tamaulipas, in Michoacán, in Guerrero, in Chiapas, where the figures continue to be denied.”
