The Extraordinary Secretariat for Land Regularization carries out, this Sunday morning (14/4), the delivery of 62 titles for units already regularized. The initiative is part of the 3rd Goiânia Mutirão, held in the West Region, at Residencial Jardins do Cerrado, this weekend.
Since Monday (8/4), the department has recorded an average attendance of 150 residents in actions that are part of the ongoing land regularization project, which aims to ensure the dignity of the local population.
Safe housing
Land regularization is essential to provide legal security to residents, guarantee access to essential public services and promote the orderly development of properties. It is also an important step towards improving the quality of life and enhancing the value of the city’s urban areas.
Residents interested in receiving information about the process of their deeds, as well as seeking step-by-step guidance on how to proceed with the preparation of projects for land regularization, will have teams available at the Extraordinary Secretariat stand at the Mutirão, where they will be assisted in filling out of forms for opening a process.
