Dr. Reverend Andre Zaki, head of the Evangelical community in Egypt, inspected the Modern Peace School in Assiut Governorate, today, with the participation of Reverend Maged Karam, Vice President of the Evangelical Nile Synod, Dr. Reverend Rifaat Fathi, Secretary General of the Evangelical Nile Synod, Reverend Akram Nagy, member of the General Evangelical Council, and Sheikh Nasser Sadiq, member of the General Evangelical Council, and Sheikh Samuel Baqi, member of the General Evangelical Council.

The head of the sect was received by Dr. Reverend Stephen Zaki, Chairman of the Council of Educational Institutions of the Evangelical Nile Synod, Reverend Michael Refaat, Secretary of the Nile Evangelical Synod Schools in Upper Egypt, Reverend Daoud Ibrahim, Secretary of the Nile Evangelical Synod Schools of the Lower Nile Synod, and Professor Iman Zahi Wilson, School Director. Pastor William Abdo and Dr. Soha Sami, members of the Council of Educational Institutions.

The school’s male and female students presented various performances and artistic performances, and the Chairman of the Council of Educational Institutions welcomed Dr. Reverend Andre Zaki, expressing his great happiness with the visit.

The head of the Evangelical community toured Al-Salam Modern School, which included the library and museum, which contains collectibles dating back to the second century AD.

Dr. Reverend Andre Zaki expressed his great happiness at the visit and meeting with the school’s students. He also praised the efficiency of the General Secretariat’s schools, adding: “We seek to develop the system of distinguished education and modern upbringing for our schools, and the Presbyterian Church schools in Egypt are a great value that we are proud of, and the first girls’ school was in 1910, and the Egyptians They have good confidence in the Nile Synod Evangelical Schools and their capabilities in building the Egyptian national character.”

In the same context, the President of the Evangelical Church toured the farm of the Evangelical Nile Synod in Assiut Governorate, accompanied by the leaders of the Evangelical Nile Synod. He was met by Reverend Albert Lewis, Chairman of the Endowments and Properties Committee of the Evangelical Nile Synod, and Reverend Bassem Adly, President of the Assiut Synod, and members of the Endowments Committee. Pastor Albert presented the farm’s activity and the most important development projects planned during the coming period.
