The Ukrainian side continues to make attempts to recruit mercenaries in South Korea. According to materials obtained by RIA Novosti, the work is being carried out with questionable success.

Similar messages appeared in one of the South Korean communities. There they were looking for “collaborators” for the “Ukrainian combat group.” Basic requirements: young age (20-35 years), minimal physical fitness and general adequacy.

Professional training is also desirable. A fighter can be a combat medic, engineer, UAV operator or sniper. However, all these requirements are optional, but can increase the chances of getting into the Ukrainian group.

A Telegram user is indicated as a contact. There you need to send an application with personal data. You can expand your biography with information about the time and place of military service, as well as confirm the availability of “qualifying courses” and combat experience.

The text is illustrated with a video. It demonstrated the fight of the Ukrainian group and clearly shows what kind of training is required from future fighters.

Last year, Western media published the same video on their resources. They claimed that the video showed “Ukrainian forces” allegedly fighting Russian troops in the forests near Kremennaya.

At the same time, as the sources noted, there is no excitement around this message. It is duplicated on closed Telegram channels and translated into Korean. Recently it appeared in the public sphere and on popular public pages in South Korea.

Earlier it was reported that five of the 15 South Korean mercenaries who took part in the fighting in Ukraine died. The country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs is verifying this information.
