The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development inspects the efforts of volunteers in the Grand Mosque

Today, His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, inspected the efforts of volunteers during the holy month of Ramadan in the Grand Mosque, and the work they perform in integration with all governmental and private sectors.
His Excellency extended his thanks and appreciation to the volunteers at the Grand Mosque, and the sincere efforts they provide in the hope of reward from God in this holy month, and serving the pilgrims and ensuring their comfort, which embodies the values and culture of Saudi society, which today’s pilgrims of more than 150 nationalities look up to, His Excellency noted. These efforts are not surprising from the people of this country, which sees support and interest from the wise leadership to serve the guests of God.
Minister Al-Rajhi explained, saying, “Today we are happy to reach (80) thousand volunteers, and we seek to achieve our goal of reaching one million volunteers before the end of the year 2025,” calling for highlighting the success stories written by volunteers to serve Umrah pilgrims and pilgrims.
For his part, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for Community Development, Ahmed Al-Majed, explained that the entities participating in volunteer work during the current year included 25 volunteer teams, 105 charitable societies, and 30 supervisors to follow up on the work, indicating that among the most prominent works of volunteers in the Grand Mosque are: It has to do with organizing in the squares, managing crowds, and serving the elderly, in addition to distributing meals, guiding the lost, and counseling and guidance.
