The Undersecretary of the Senate Legislative Committee and Assistant Secretary-General of the Mostaqbal Watan Party, Representative Essam Hilal, said in exclusive statements to Al-Shorouk that it is expected to discuss the legislative impact of more than one law once it returns to session after the end of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, including the new rental law and the obstacles it faces. Implementing it on the ground, pointing out that the new rental law includes many problems and obstacles, including discussing obstacles to eviction after the end of the rental period, which witnesses many problems due to the tenant’s refusal to vacate the apartment.

The Undersecretary of the Senate Legislative Committee added that mechanisms for facilitating litigation procedures will also be discussed and the obstacles that stand in the way of that will be studied, especially in light of the state and its institutions’ orientation toward speedy justice. He pointed out that the committee is cooperating with all committees in the Senate to study the legislative impact of some laws, including the Environmental Law, as well as Representatives of the Mostaqbal Watan Party are also coordinating to approve a number of legislations of interest to citizens.

For his part, a member of the Senate Economic Committee, Ahmed Samir, confirmed that the committee will discuss several important files after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, most notably the discussion of the tax situation and how to encourage investment, indicating that the committee will discuss with those concerned how to provide sustainability of hard currency through production and export, on The sessions should be held in the presence of a number of specialized experts to learn about the industrial map and stakeholders who have problems.
