Within the scope of the agreement reached between Hamas and Israel, 50 Israeli women and children prisoners were released from the Gaza Strip and 150 Palestinian women and children prisoners were released from Israeli prisons.

As a result of the mediation efforts carried out primarily by Qatar, Hamas and Israel reached an agreement on the release of 30 Palestinian prisoners for every 10 Israeli prisoners to be released from the blockaded Gaza Strip and the extension of the “humanitarian pause” in the conflict for 24 hours.
