Lezita management obstructed enforcement officers

Öz Gıda Labor Union lawyers went to the Abalıoğlu Lezita factory together with the enforcement officers to implement the preliminary injunction decision given by the Denizli 2nd Labor Court for 483 workers. It was learned that Lezita officials kept the bailiffs waiting for a while on the grounds that they were waiting for their lawyers, and after the lawyers arrived, the factory general manager was expected to arrive for a while. It was stated that after the arrival of the factory general manager, Lezita officials delayed the enforcement officers for a while, saying that they could not access the computer records containing the personal information of the factory workers. Thereupon, it was learned that Lezita managers prevented the enforcement officers from trying to identify 483 illegally recruited workers through identity checks in the production area.

Indian workers kidnapped without identification

While Öz Gıda Labor Union lawyers and bailiffs were trying to implement the court decision at the Lezita factory, the striking workers protesting outside with applause and slogans reacted with applause and slogans against the attempt to evade detection of 483 strike-breaking workers. Strikers captured footage of the Indian workers brought by Abalıoğlu Lezita management from India and being taken to a different area immediately after entering the factory to avoid identification. It was learned that the obstacles made by the Lezita administration against the implementation of the court decision will be recorded by lawyers and bailiffs and sent to the court.
