6 kittens, whose heads and paws were cut off, were found in the idle sofa in front of the apartment building on 2360th Street in İstasyon District of Etimesgut district. Police teams were dispatched to the area upon notice from the surrounding people. The police investigated the surrounding area. Samples were also taken from cats that were found to be 3 months old. The cats were later taken away to be buried.

It cannot be a human who did this. If a human did this, it could never be called a human. We filed a criminal complaint regarding this incident.
