Meals no longer feel delicious, clothes have to be dried indoors for fear of smell… these are things that Mr. Tung’s family has to endure.
Ms. Huong, a resident of the alley, said that every morning she has to sweep the yard in front of her house. Every time she scanned, Ms. Huong was bored as she “collected” the thick animal hair.
Ms. Huong has lived here for more than 10 years, but in the last 7-8 years, except for emergencies, Ms. Huong affirmed that she has never taken her children for a walk outside because the smell of the pets is very terrible.
“The smell is bad almost all day long, standing a few houses away still feels terrible. The dogs and cats there are not sure if they have a clear origin. I’m afraid my children will be infected with infectious diseases so I don’t let them leave the house. It’s so cramped that the children have to stay indoors and can’t go out. My baby is 7 months old, but I can only count the times I leave the house,” the woman shared.

Furthermore, Ms. Huong and other households are tired of the ear-piercing sound of dogs barking all day, especially during hours when pets are fed or when they see strangers passing by.
“Even though the house was closed, it was still impossible to rest at noon. The dogs barked like… beating a drum. In the bedroom, my husband and I had to build a noise-proof glass partition so that our child could sleep inside. that,” Ms. Huong said.
According to Mr. Tung, households here have repeatedly reported this incident to local authorities. However, after much advice and working with the business, everything still fell into place.
“If possible, I just hope the dog and cat supply facility reduces the number of pets to 10-20 animals or the government takes decisive measures to relocate them to prevent these effects on residents. We I understand that completely ending these problems is very difficult, but please think about the lives of the households here,” Mr. Tung said earnestly.
Where do dogs and cats come from?
