At the capital’s school No. 1544, the opening of the “Hero’s Desk” dedicated to the special operation participant, infantry fighting vehicle gunner Kirill Ryabtsev took place. This was reported by the Moscow City News Agency.
It is clarified that Ryabtsev is a graduate of this educational institution. After training, he entered the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and then went to serve in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and subsequently voluntarily went to the special operation zone.
“I would like to express my gratitude to Kirill’s parents, who were able to raise a man who truly loved his Motherland,” said Alexander Mazhuga, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education.
The parliamentarian added that one of the priorities of the United Russia faction in the spring session in the field of higher education and science is to support the participants of the SVO and their families.
Mazhuga noted that this year more than 620 thousand budget places in universities, colleges and technical schools will be allocated for participants in the special operation.
Earlier it was reported that a feature film about a member of the Northern Military District and Hero of Russia from Tuva, Mergen Dongak, would be shot in Siberia. The soldier carried the wounded officer out from under fire, and then took command and repelled the attack of superior enemy forces.
