At the same time, he noted that it is not worth dividing heart attacks into female and male. “In women, it is easier to miss a heart attack 100%. The man still falls like a cut down oak – pain in the heart, cold sweat, turned pale, can’t breathe, had a heart attack, fell and died – simple and clear. For women it starts: it hurts here, it hurts there, something comes here, and somehow I don’t feel good, but that’s okay, I’ll go and wash the dishes. She complains somehow vaguely. Previously, we said that women have heart attacks less often, but not heart attacks less often, but we missed them,” Myasnikov noted.

Yes, but in terms of stroke protection. But for protection from a heart attack, it doesn’t matter whether it’s normal or not. The very fact that you are taking pills for hypertension is already a risk factor,” the doctor explained.

In women, special attention should be paid to menopause. After all, a woman’s natural hormones protect her from atherosclerosis, and when hormone replacement therapy begins, the risk of microthrombi formation increases.

It is also important not to miss serious cardiac pathologies. “Research shows that in 40% of people who died from a heart attack, within two days, relatives heard complaints of symptoms such as cold sweat, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, and slight dizziness.
