A clinic for children and adults will open in the southeast of Moscow according to the new Moscow standard. It will be designed for 750 visits per shift. This was reported by Head of the Moscow City Construction Department Rafik Zagrutdinov.

“In the Nekrasovka area near Zeninsky Highway, a new building for a children’s and adult clinic with a trauma center and a dental department for 750 visits per shift will appear. There is active housing construction in the area, so the clinic will be in great demand among residents. The new clinic will be one of the largest – its area will be about 15 thousand square meters. To carry out all necessary types of examinations, the latest generation equipment will be installed in the clinic,” said the head of the construction department.

Ultrasound machines, X-ray diagnostic complexes, special ophthalmological equipment, and ENT units will appear here. The dentistry department will be equipped with professional equipment that will provide quality dental care for patients of all ages.

The medical facility will have two departments: children’s and adults. Each of them will have its own entrance. The new children’s and adult clinic will open pediatric dentistry and antenatal clinics. This will allow residents to visit the necessary specialists within walking distance from their home. The future clinic will open a children’s dental department and a antenatal clinic.

The developer is ANO RSI. The color scheme of the facades will correspond to the new standard of Moscow clinics. Aluminum panels are used for their cladding – an environmentally friendly, durable and wear-resistant material. It protects from moisture, is resistant to temperature changes and aggressive environmental influences and has increased sound insulation. Installation of ventilated facades in combination with insulating layers and an air gap increases the sound insulation of rooms and protects them from street noise.

The medical facility will have clear navigation, and doctors’ offices will be located in such a way as to reduce the occurrence of queues. The most popular ones will be located on the lower floors, and the less visited and administrative ones will be on the upper floors. For convenience, the offices of specialized specialists are located on the same floor as the functional diagnostic rooms. A café will be installed on the ground floor, and comfortable waiting areas with play areas will be created for small patients on all floors where doctors will see them. Relaxation rooms will be equipped for employees; the offices will have ergonomic furniture for comfortable work.

The clinic will be equipped with modern medical equipment so that residents of the area can undergo examinations and receive the necessary treatment as close to home as possible.
