PDIP Excludes Bobby in Medan Regional Election, Gibran: It’s OK, Just Relax

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SOLO — The elected vice presidential candidate, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, responded regarding the PDIP excluding Bobby Nasution in the Medan regional elections. Apart from that, when asked about PDIP being open with anyone, except Bobby, Gibran just answered casually. He just said to stay calm regarding the news.

Meanwhile, when asked whether his brother-in-law would run through another party, Gibran asked to ask Bobby directly. “Yes, just ask Bobby,” he concluded.
PDI Perjuangan Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto claims that there has been registration in the North Sumatra region for the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections. “There are already registrations in areas of North Sumatra,” said Hasto in Jakarta, Friday (12/4/2024).
He also received a report that everyone was welcome to register. Nevertheless, there is a proposal from below to exclude Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution.
Apart from that, Hasto also received a report from the Chairman of the Surakarta City PDI Perjuangan DPC, FX Hadi Rudyatmo, who had also opened the registration process.
“But while the registration process is taking place, the things that are the biggest criticism of the implementation of the 2024 elections must be addressed first. Otherwise, there is no point in the election,” he stressed.
