You will not face any difficulty in making it. Children like this sweet very much. You can enhance the taste of this sweet with many things. You can easily make this dessert this weekend.

Required Ingredients:

Three cups of flour
Three cups gram flour
Six cups sugar
Four cups- ghee
Six spoons of milk
four cups water
3 tsp cardamom powder

Make delicious Soan Papdi at home in this way:

To make Soan Papdi, first of all you have to heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
Now mix flour and gram flour in ghee and fry till it turns golden.
– When the mixture becomes golden, turn off the gas and let it cool.
Now prepare 2 strings of syrup from milk, water and sugar in another pan on medium flame.
Now the syrup has to be mixed in the roasted mixture. Add syrup and knead the mixture well for 10 minutes.
– Now apply some ghee on a plate.
Now spread the mixture evenly in this smooth plate and apply almonds and pistachios on top.
Once set, cut this mixture into desired shapes with a knife.
-In this way your delicious Soan Papdi is prepared.
