Abdel Hamid added, “We must take into account the timing of implementing the load reduction plan, as this coincides with the beginning of students’ preparation at various levels in Egypt for exams, especially high school students. We must also take into account that reducing loads affects the administrative, commercial, and industrial sectors.”
Abdul Hamid indicated that next summer may record a new record in temperatures, which raises several questions to the Minister of Electricity regarding the possibility of a power outage for more than two hours if consumption increases, and what is the truth about what is being raised about excluding some areas from the load reduction plan, and when is the deadline for completion.
