The grand finale of the season on the mammoth in Planica this weekend! This is the last chance to win trophies in the most watched ski jumping competition. Where can I watch the competition? Live broadcasts will be carried out by TVN and Eurosport 1, as well as Player.
TVN will show all three competitions, while Eurosport will also show Friday’s qualifications for the first individual competition. There will be no second qualification, as the top thirty in the general classification of the World Cup will take part in it. The right to start in this competition will have Żyła, Stoch and most likely Wąsek, which is currently ranked 31st in the series.
Six Polish representatives will take part in the Ski Flying World Cup in Planica: Kamil Stoch, Piotr Żyła, Paweł Wąsek, Aleksander Zniszczoł, Andrzej Stękała and Jan Habdas. Tomasz Pilch, who competed in Lahti, was replaced by Stękał, who has not yet won the World Cup points this season.
For 19-year-old Habdas it will be his debut on the ski flying hill. Last Sunday, Habdas finished 11th in the individual competition in Lahti, which is his greatest achievement in the World Cup.
Planica will miss the runner-up of the World Cup – Dawid Kubacki, who ended the season prematurely due to the health problems of his wife Marta.
