Ski jumping. PŚ in Planica. These players will retire this weekend

This weekend, at Letalnica in Planica, the 2022/23 Ski Jumping World Cup will end. We know that during the competition three players will say goodbye to this discipline. They will be the representatives of the hosts.
The 24-year-old will make his last attempt on Friday Bor Pavlovcic. The Slovene stood on the podium of the World Cup three times in total, and in the 2020/2021 season, which was by far his best season, he took 13th place in the general classification.
On Saturday (during the break of the team competition – editor’s note) he will make his last jump in his career Price Prevc, which ended its starts before the season, but now there will be an official farewell to the fans. On the same day, he will give the last attempt Tilen Bartol. The best place in the career of the 25-year-old Slovenian took place in 2018 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Then he took fifth place. However, what we will remember Bartol the most will undoubtedly be his spectacular flight to 252 meters – in Planica.

There will be a total of three competitions at the end of the season in Planica – on Friday individual, on Saturday team and on Sunday another individual.
- 30.03. (Thursday) at 10:30 – qualifications
- 31.03. (Friday) at 15:00 – individual competition
- 01.04. (Saturday) at 10:00 – team competition
- 02.04. (Sunday) at 10:00 – individual competition
