Friday’s competition in Planica could not be played, it was moved to today (Saturday). On the “mammoth” hill in Planica, the wind was raging, which would not only distort the results, but also pose a great threat to the competitors.
The fans who came to see the jumps live were probably doubly disappointed. Firstly, because the competition, scheduled for 15 did not take place. Secondly – they were canceled very late, only after 5 pm, when… the players were already allowed upstairs!
The competition has been postponed to Saturday morning. It is to be played at 8:45 and only in the formula of one series. Performers: Kamil Stoch, Piotr Żyła, Aleksander Zniszczoł and Andrzej Stękała. The composition of Poland for the later team competitions will be similar – instead of Stękała there will be Paweł Wąsek.
In both competitions, Poles should join the fight for the podium today.
It is happening in Poland and in the world – read on i.pl
