Supreme Court did not grant pardon to Baba Ramdev, will have to appear again on April 23

New Delhi (Uttam Hindu News) Patanjali misleading advertisement case was heard again in the Supreme Court today. During the hearing, Baba Ramdev and Balkrishna appeared for the third time before the bench of Justice Hima Kohli and Justice Amanatullah. During this, Baba Ramdev’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi said- We once again apologize to the court. We regret. We are ready to apologize in public. The court said- We want to listen to Baba Ramdev. Supreme Court asked Baba Ramdev why should he be given amnesty? Ramdev said that I will be alert from now on, I know that crores of people are associated with me, the Supreme Court said in a strict tone that you know that incurable diseases cannot be advertised. Ramdev said that we have done a lot of tests.

On this, Justice Kohli interrupted Ramdev and said that this is your irresponsible attitude. The Supreme Court has again asked Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna to be present on 23 April. Supreme Court asked Baba Ramdev- Why did he contempt the court? Justice Kohli said that we want to know what was the thinking in holding the press conference the next day after the undertaking? Ayurveda is very old in our country, it is from the time of Maharishi Charak. Grandmothers also do home remedies. Why do you criticize other methods? Should there be only one method? On this Baba Ramdev replied that we have done a lot of research on Ayurveda. The judge said it was fine. You can proceed on legal grounds based on your research but we want to know why you disregarded this court? Baba Ramdev said- We have less knowledge of law. We were just giving people information about our research. Our aim was not to disobey the court.
