Counselor Hafez Abbas, Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, visited Counselor Boulos Fahmy, President of the Supreme Constitutional Court, in the presence of a high-level delegation.
The head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority affirmed his sincere appreciation for the Supreme Constitutional Court, its president and its members, which has the honor of being one of the most prestigious constitutional courts in the world. He stressed the importance of the role that the prestigious Supreme Constitutional Court has played and is playing since its inception until now in upholding constitutional principles, guaranteeing rights and freedoms, and protecting… Constitutional gains.
For his part, the President of the Supreme Constitutional Court expressed his deep appreciation for the role played by the Administrative Prosecution, as one of the pillars of the Egyptian justice system, and praised its role as a judicial body that devotes its efforts to combating financial and administrative corruption in the state’s administrative apparatus.
At the end of the meeting, the President of the Administrative Prosecution Authority and the President of the Supreme Constitutional Court exchanged commemorative shields.
The head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority and his accompanying delegation also visited Counselor Musaad Abdel Maqsoud Al-Fakharani, head of the State Litigation Authority.
During the meeting, the head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority stressed the importance of the role played by the State Litigation Authority in preserving public funds and being one of the tributaries of justice, and the permanent cooperation and joint coordination between the two judicial bodies.
The head of the State Litigation Authority also welcomed the attendees and expressed his deep appreciation for the efforts of the Administrative Prosecution, praising its role in achieving the sacred message of justice and combating corruption within the state’s administrative apparatus.
