A pregnant woman, her husband, her son and Javier Mariscal’s brother die in a collision in Zaragoza

Four people, three adults and one childhave died this Friday night in a traffic accident, due to the frontal collision between two cars, in the vicinity of Calatayud.

The incident occurred at 9:15 p.m. on Friday at kilometer 268 of the N-234 highway, in the municipality of the Zaragoza town of Torralba de Ribota.

According to Civil Guard sources, the accident was due to a head-on collision between two passenger cars, which, after the violent impact, began to burn and were reduced to a jumble of iron.

Three of the four deceased belong to the same family a married couple from Zaragoza and their 5-year-old son.

It was Ins Bellido Octavio, a worker at the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce, who was traveling with her husband, Tomás Arstegui, and their son. Marriage she was expecting her second child.

Ins Bellido was affiliated with the PP, where she was well known and loved, as evidenced by the large number of condolences on social networks.

The fourth deceased, Santi Errando, he was the brother of the designer Javier Mariscal and resided in the Zaragoza town of Cervera de la Caada, where he settled a few years ago from Madrid.

The strong impact caused the two cars to be thrown off the road and began to burn, causing violent flames that burned the victims inside the vehicles.

Volunteers from the Civil Protection Group of the Comarca Comunidad de Calatayud were the first to arrive at the scene of the accident and began to put out the fire. Moments later, a fire department from the Zaragoza Provincial Council of the Calatayud park joined the extinguishing work.

Both teams managed to put out the fire and the firefighters were then able to carry out the work of releasing the bodies, which were transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine of Aragon.

Agents from the Calatayud Civil Guard traffic detachment also worked in the area of ​​the accident to regulate traffic and take samples.

At the point where the collision occurred, there is dashed line, in an area that intersperses straight lines and small curves. The open proceedings will determine the causes of the frontal collision between both vehicles.

A volunteer, a teacher and a designer

Ins Bellido, who was pregnant with a girl, worked at the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce and collaborated with the Zaragoza City Council in the creation of new commercial hubs in the city, as can be seen in the image.

Her husband, Tomás Arstegui, was a professor at the Colegio de Fomento Montearagón in the Aragonese capital.

With a degree in Law from the University of Zaragoza, Bellido had taken postgraduate courses in Law and Commercial Society and the course on Communication Management, Product and Business Protocol at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana.

I belonged to legal department of the Courts of Aragon and also to the Legal Department of Barabbas Internet. In addition, she was one of the youngest members of the Teaching Team of the International Center for Specialties.

According to the website of the aforementioned educational center, Tomás Arstegui was aware of environmental education.

He pointed out that “the presence of environmental education in the classroom has been introduced normally, according to the needs”. He added that, “when dealing with these issues in the classroom, they are not surprised and are very focused on having an ecological vision.”

Santi Errando belonged to one of the brothers of the designer Javier Mariscal, who also had experience making logos and billboards in collaboration with him.

He did work as a cultural manager and worked as audiovisual producer in film and television. Thus, he was executive producer of the animated film boy and ritadirected by Fernando Trueba with drawings by Mariscal, which was selected for the scar.

In Cervera de la Caada, the small town in Zaragoza where he had settled a few years ago, they say that he is a “wonderful person” and “very loved” by the residents.
