Let’s get out of the worst possible scenarios and better prepare for them. If the attack does not happen – great, then , maybe our preparation helped this. And if it happens, then we will know that we did everything we could,” Chmut said.
Ukrainians must understand that the war may return to Kyiv again.
“We must not fall into the bubble of illusion in which Russia was before the start of a full-scale invasion. After all, this is exactly what led to its defeat at the first stage of a full-scale war. And to a large extent, I very much hope, it will lead to the impending defeat in the long term,” – he summarized
The Russians can again start an offensive against Kyiv. The capital of Ukraine remains a target for Moscow, Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klychko said in an interview with BILD.
