Details: During the event, Biden, along with his Democratic predecessors Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, pushed back against critics of their Middle East policies.
He added that “there should be an exchange for a decision on two states.”
“It doesn’t have to happen today. It has to be a gradual movement, and I think we can do it,” Biden said.
He added that so far too many Palestinians and Israelis have died in the war between Israel and HAMA.
“It is clear that Israel is deeply angry and Hamas still exists, but we must stop the actions that lead to the deaths of a significant number of innocent civilians, especially children,” Biden emphasized.
According to sources, the White House blames Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for worsening relations between the US and Israel. President Joe Biden believes that the split in relations due to the resolution of the UN Security Council arose as an artificial crisis.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the USA, General Charles Brown, also said that Israel did not receive all the weapons it requested from the American side after the start of hostilities in the Gaza Strip.
