The year passed and they couldn’t find their space or how to survive and, just when they began to collect their luggage to return to their homeland, they receive the call from a lady, by mistake, whom they had met on the plane that had brought them to Gran Canaria, a year before.

The lady’s intention was to talk to another Oriana and, We can call it luck, destiny or coincidence that the good lady offers them to be her capitalist partner and encourages them to take the transfer of a premises, which they had their eye on, but it was unaffordable for them.

They did not doubt it, they knew they were capable of building that business and they knew perfectly what they wanted to offer to the Canary Islands public: good coffees, honest, tasty and lovingly made breakfastsbecause, as Oriana says “life is a path and you have your destiny.”

After three years they were able to return the cost of her investment to the good lady while remembering that the good performance of the establishment is due to the public that comes day after day and several times a day, “our public has not always been loyal. »

The beginnings were not easy, as the area was filled with offices, institutional headquarters and various services, they increased their clientele and knew perfectly what to do and how to do it so that they would return every day: a coffee of the most special, as they do in Turin, with coffee, milk cream and Nutellain addition to serving it with a big smile, the hallmark of both, from 07:00 in the morning until 2:30 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday.

They are in charge of the fillings and flavors, contrasts that come from their native palate with fresh Canarian cheeses, of which they consume up to 1 and a half kilos per day.
