Chance of rain with thunder in Karachi on April 17 and 18

The Meteorological Department has announced the possibility of rain with thunder in Karachi from the night of April 17 to April 18.

According to the Meteorological Department, a series of western winds are likely to enter Balochistan tonight, while on April 18, there is a possibility of rain in the districts of Jamshoro, Nowshahrofiroz, Dadu, Thatta, Sajawal and Badin.

The Meteorological Department said that from the night of April 17 to April 18, there is a possibility of rain with thunder in Karachi, of which there is a possibility of light to medium intensity and heavy rain in some places.

According to the meteorological department, there is a possibility of rain in Jacobabad, Kashmore, Sukkur, Larkana on April 18 and 19.

On the other hand, meteorological analyst Jawad Memon says that this system is stronger than the first system, the system is likely to rain in more than 90 percent of the areas of Balochistan, while there is a possibility of heavy rain in the southern areas.

According to Jawad Memon, there is a possibility of hailstorm in Balochistan from this system, from the evening of April 17, this system can affect Sindh.

The weather analyst says that 60 to 70 percent of the areas of Sindh may receive rain from this system, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in most places of Sindh.

He said that this system will remain effective over Sindh till April 20, Karachi has good chances of rain on April 18 and 19. This system can bring 15 to 45 mm of rain in Karachi.

According to Jawad Memon, strong thunderclouds may form on April 18 and 19, thunder will continue during rain, citizens should be careful.
