On April 16, a clip of a young man traveling by car using a homemade tool to steal a dog was spread on social networks, making people angry. Through research, the incident occurred on Ho Van Tang street, Tan Thanh Dong commune, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City.
According to the clip, around 4:45 a.m. on April 15, a young man driving a white car on Ho Van Tang street saw two dogs in front of a company’s gate, so he signaled the driver to pull over.
At this time, a dog ran up and a young man leaned through the glass window and used a homemade tool to shoot down the animal. After that, the young man quickly opened the door, got out, grabbed it, put it in the car, and fled.
The incident took place in about 20 seconds and was recorded by security cameras. Sharing with reporters, Ms. U. (40 years old) said she was the owner of the stolen dog in the clip posted on social networks.

According to Ms. U., she sells water in front of the company’s gate and has raised two dogs for about 5 months to look after her property.
“I worked hard to care for and raise him from childhood to adulthood. I raised it for a few months and was fully vaccinated when a thief stole one,” said Ms. U., who was upset and said she had not reported the incident to the authorities.
