According to the items stated in this circular, the salary increase of workers, whether permanent or temporary contract, is also calculated in the same way as this circular;

1- From the first of the year 1403, the minimum daily wage at the same rate for all workers subject to the labor law (either permanent or temporary contract) amounting to 2,388,728 Rials (two million two hundred and eighty eight thousand seven hundred and twenty eight Rials ) is determined, also from the first of 1403, other wage levels will be increased by 22% of the fixed wage or basic wage (the subject of Article 36 of the Labor Law) in addition to 230,026 rials per day compared to the last wage in 1402.

Note: With the application of this clause, the wages of workers included in the job classification plans approved by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, as well as the fixed wages of other workers, should not exceed the amount of 2,388,728 Rials (two million two hundred eighty eight thousand seven hundred and twenty eight rials) paragraph (1) should be reduced.

2- To the workers who have one year of work experience in 1403 or one year has passed since they last received their last seniority base; 70,000 rials will be paid daily as a base (sanwat).

Note 1: The payment of the amount related to the seniority of the workers included in the job classification schemes approved by the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, taking into account the above-mentioned figure for group one, according to the instructions and tables announced by the General Directorate of Labor Relations, Compensation and Unemployment Insurance .

Note 2: Seasonal workers will be awarded the amount stipulated in this clause or its note one as the case may be.

Note 3: Based on the resolution dated 12/28/1402 of the Supreme Labor Council and in order to strengthen skill-oriented and benefit all workers with permanent and temporary contracts subject to the labor law who have one year of work experience or one year from receiving their last grade (years) in It is the same as the previous workshop, regardless of whether they have settled their pensions or end of work benefits or not, they will be eligible to receive the base (sanwat).

3- Based on the resolution dated 07/21/2018 of the Supreme Labor Council and in order to increase the satisfaction of workers and employers and in order to stabilize and extend it to all workers, both permanent and temporary, it was decided from the beginning of 1402 to provide assistance for the cost of household consumables as welfare and motivational benefits. Note 3, Article 36 of the Labor Law, for every worker (whether married or single), employers must pay them 14,000,000 rials per month.

4- According to last year, the amount of labor housing allowance is 9,000,000 rials (nine million rials) per month to be paid by employers from April 1403.

5- The amount of monthly marriage allowance of 5,000,000 rials (five million rials) for married workers, whether male or female, is set to be paid by employers from April 1403.

6- Rules related to how to apply the increase stipulated in paragraph (1) and note one of paragraph (2) in workshops that have a job classification plan, as well as in the case of wage workers, as well as how to upgrade the job class according to the instructions of the General Department of Labor Relations, compensation And it will be unemployment insurance.

7- The provisions of this resolution will not include students who are temporarily employed in workshops during the summer holidays in 1403.

8- The units subject to the labor law, in order to create a greater relationship between wages and benefits with productivity and production and create motivation among their employees, in addition to implementing this resolution, they can increase and establish wages and benefits in the form of workshop agreements and collective agreements and so on. Get approval from the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare.

Note: The ceiling of payment to workers subject to labor law working in non-governmental institutions and public institutions and non-governmental companies affiliated to insurance and pension funds, in compliance with the general laws and regulations of the country, is a maximum of (7) times the minimum monthly wage, which is about 50 million Tomans.
