While apologizing to the passengers of flight 718 Istanbul-Tehran on April 8 this year, the Islamic Republic of Iran Airlines “Homa” informs that after the plane landed in Istanbul, the pilot and the technical staff of this plane noticed technical problems in the plane and with all facilities The staff at Istanbul Airport and the “Huma” branch in Turkey have taken action to fix the problems so that the plane can return to the flight cycle.
After fixing the above problems and performing the flight tasks and preparing the plane to take off from the runway of Istanbul airport, the problem was seen again, and since safety is the main pillar of “Homa” flights, the plane returns to the terminal with the decision of the pilot.
In the following, it was decided that the replacement plane would fly to Istanbul airport as soon as possible, which due to the time and location distance of Istanbul airport inevitably increased the delay of the above flight.
It is worth mentioning that with the presence of the head and officials of the “Homa” branch at all times, the tasks related to the passenger’s rights were performed and the dear passengers were treated with hot food several times, and maximum efforts were made to satisfy the passengers.
