This was reported by the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the spheres of electronic communications, radio frequency spectrum and postal services (NKEK). It was noted there: the operator must provide this information in the form of a decrypted bill.
“For this, you can use the operator’s mobile application. Or contact the subscriber in person at the operator’s store,” the NKEK noted.
At the same time, they emphasized that the operator must specify a number of items in the report. In particular:
- subscriber number;
- type of service;
- volume of provided services;
- the amount of funds to be paid for each communication session.
“Please note that the decrypted account is provided only to identifiable subscribers (registered or contracted). Electronic communication services, depersonalized/anonymous, are not subject to decryption,” the NKEK noted.
At the same time, subscribers of “Kyivstar”, lifecell and Vodafone can find out all the information about their tariffs directly from the operators. If, for example, you missed a notification about changes in tariff plans, or simply forgot any details.
