“I get up very early,” Cook said, noting that he usually wakes up between 4 and 5 in the morning. “I spend time in the gym, usually doing strength training,” he said, adding that he is always motivated by a trainer. “During this period, I don’t work at all, I never check my phone, I’m just completely focused on training.” It is interesting that for sports, Cook chose a hall located outside the Apple campus, because he does not want to clash with his employees.
