Having just collected 32 billion VND from land auction, Phu Xuyen district continues to auction 28 new land plots

Phu Xuyen District People’s Committee said that on April 13, the unit coordinated to successfully organize an auction of residential land use rights for 14 plots of residential land in the Bo Gieng Tren area (Kieu Dong village, Dai Xuyen commune, Phu district). Xuyen), earned nearly 32 billion VND.

Accordingly, the auction plots are located in land plots with a 1/500 scale plan. The work of site clearance and construction of technical infrastructure in the above Bo Gieng land area has been completed. At the same time, it is connected to existing infrastructure in the adjacent local residential area.

It is known that the 14 plots of land auctioned have a total starting price of about 23 billion VND. Through the auction, Phu Xuyen District People’s Committee collected nearly 32 billion VND. The total difference between the starting price and the actual auction price is nearly 8.9 billion VND.

After successfully auctioning the above 14 land plots, Phu Xuyen District People’s Committee will continue to organize an auction of residential land use rights for 28 land plots in 4 communes in the area. Among them, there are 14 plots of land in the Bo Gieng area above (Kieu Dong village, Dai Xuyen commune), each plot has an area from 109m2 to 128m2 with a starting price of 11.5 million VND/m2; 1 plot of land 131.2m2 wide in Dong Khay Area (Noi village, Van Hoang commune) with starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2; 12 plots of land in Thung Lo Gach area (Bai Do village, Tri Thuy commune, Phu Xuyen district) with starting price of 14.1 million VND/m2.

Currently, Phu Xuyen District People’s Committee is selecting an asset auction unit. After selecting the property auction organizer, Phu Xuyen District People’s Committee will organize the auction of the above 28 land plots.
